They wear the same shoes every day.
They trip over the shoe rack every time they walk into the house.
And yet, every single day I find myself asking the same damn question.

We are always missing shoes. I have no idea where they disappear to, and why it’s so hard to put them back in their rooms where they belong. Socks are even worse. It’s like there’s a sock monster that comes and eats all the matches. My youngest has given up and no longer even tries to find matching socks..he just wears whatever is the same height.
