Birthday Giveaway

Today is my birthday, and I want to give you the presents.

Smiling yet?

First, I’m over at InThePowderRoom sharing my thoughts about birthday parties for grown-ups HERE.

When you’re done reading that, come on back here to enter my giveaway!

I’m giving away an autographed copy of the book of humor essays that I am in, Fifty Shades of Funny: Hook-Ups, Break-Ups and Crack-Ups. You WILL recognize some of the other authors in it. You WILL laugh.

I also have a sunny yellow Too Much Whine. Not Enough Wine. apron from my blog store. It’s machine washable, 24″L x 28″W and had 3 big pockets.  I designed it. I’m wearing it in the photo below. I drink cook in mine all the time.

To win, all you gotta do is enter via the Rafflecopter box below. The only mandatory entry is suggesting a book for me to read this year. How easy is that?

Née follower. Come over from Ninja Mom.

I enjoy the Jack Reacher novels.

  11. You’d think this would be easy, but I haven’t read anything grown up in five years. The last one I remember reading was A Walk In The Woods by Bill Bryson – I really enjoyed it, especially since it was something I never would’ve picked up without a recommendation from a friend.

    Happy birthday, lady!

Servant of the Bones by Anne Rice is very good. A little hard to read with small children running around and screaming in the back ground but worth it if you have the time.

    Never Knowing by Chevy Stevens

  21. Suniverse says:

You need to read Wolf Hall – I just started it, and it’s great. Thomas Cromwell, Henry VIII, Anne Boylen. Awesome.

Or Bossypants. Actually, just read Bossypants. It’s the best book ever.

    XO HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

I’ve just downloaded Casual Vacancy, the latest JK Rowling book. I’ve heard good things.

  23. I’ve liked all the Jodi Picoult books I’ve ever picked up. I think any one you try will be a sure win.
